By the way the whole reason I got an internship at a bakery/work there in the summer is because I envisioned myself living in some little French or German village atop my little independent bakery. I would wake up at four in the morning to start baking and know all the villagers and their children and their regular orders and it would be crazy busy in the morning around 7 o’clock. I would close early in the afternoon so I would have time to put in a good amount of work on my novel (obviously) and then I would go to bed early and start the next day fresh and alert.
Ah yes just like my Café/B&B dream ugh
